DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" refers to Wintario Lotto (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), an online lottery and casino environment operated by a provincial Crown agency.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved through arbitration as per Canadian law.
